Holiday Shipping Schedule

Our team will continue to fulfill your orders on weekdays, excluding statutory holidays and December 26th and 27th as well as January 2nd, 2023.
Check our store's holiday schedule for your last-minute needs. Delays out of our control may occur with our different carriers once your order has left our hands.
UPS - Expedited (2 to 5 business days):
Orders of $125+ (before VAT): FREE delivery to all 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders of $124 or less (before VAT): $12 USD shipping fee.
All import and customs fees are included for orders under $800 (before VAT). No surprise charges or conversion fees. You pay in $USD. VAT applies according to your state. Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected delays due to holds at customs.
UPS - Expedited:
- Asia Zone 1: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan (6-10 business days): $48 USD
- Asia Zone 2 (6-15 business days): $64 USD
- China (6-10 business days): $45 USD
- Central & South America (6-10 business days) $48 USD
- Mexico (6-10 business days): $44 USD
- Europe (6-10 business days): $50 USD
- Australia and New Zealand (9-12 business days): $70 USD
- Rest of the World (6-10 business days): $40 USD
Additional fees may apply depending on the country of destination. Our prices do not include import duties or customs fees, which vary by country. Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected delays related to customs and border controls at destination.
When will I receive my order?
Except for pre-orders, please allow one to two business days for our team to fulfill your order from time of purchase. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. For average delivery times, see your selected delivery method and destination country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, or a notification that your order is ready for pickup, depending on your selected delivery method. To track the progress of a delivery, simply enter your tracking number in the UPS website.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order is still being processed: we will be happy to adjust or cancel your order as you desire. Simply write us at email@example.com indicating your order number and your requested changes.
If your order has already been shipped: please wait until you have received the package and initiate a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days as per our return policy.
What should I do if I have not received an order marked as delivered?
Using your tracking number, double check the shipping status of your delivery. Verify that you have not received a paper delivery notice indicating that no one was home, and that it is being held for pickup at your local post office. Verify that it was not delivered to a neighbour by mistake or hidden somewhere outside your front door. If you still cannot locate your delivery, write us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number in the email and we will investigate the situation.
What should I do if I receive a product different from what I ordered?
Oops! We prepare every order with care, but sometimes mistakes can slip through. If you have received an item different from what you ordered, write us at email@example.com so we can reserve the correct item for you. We will then supply a pre-paid shipping label to return the erroneous merchandise.
